1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland aged 16 years or over. For residents of Luxembourg and Portugal, entrants under the age of 18 must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim their prize
2. To be able to enter this promotion, entrants must (i) create a PlayStation®Network account (“PSN account”) or if one already exists, sign in to their PSN account, and (ii) download PlayStation®Home (“PS Home”) to their PlayStation®3 system (“PS3™ system”) (if they have not already done so). Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement, and the PSN Privacy Policy, and use of PS Home is subject to PS Home Terms of Use. 3. To enter, entrants must complete the following steps:
(a) Access their PS Home personal space.
(b) Decorate their PS Home personal space using furniture and other items available within PS Home demonstrating their ability as an interior designer.
(c) Capture up to 5 different screenshots of their decorated PS Home personal space.
(d) E-mail their selected PS Home screenshots to HomeTV@scee.net prior to the closing date. Entrants must ensure that they include their PSN Online ID and the subject line ‘Best Dressed Apartment’ within the e-mail.
All entries must be original and the entrant’s own work (please go to http://eu.playstation.com/legal/ for further details). Entrants may only enter the promotion once (maximum of 5 screenshots per entrant) and will not win more than one prize. Entrants will be able to access further details of the entry mechanic at

4. The opening date is 27/01/2010 at 1700 GMT and the closing date is 07/02/2010 at 1700 GMT.
5. The winner will be the entrant whose PS Home personal space is considered by a panel of judges (including an independent adjudicator) to have the ‘best’ decorated space (the “Winner”). The criteria for judging will be aesthetic appeal and usability of the interior design, effective use of floor space, creative use of decorative items (ornaments, lamps etc) and originality.
6. The Winner will be selected within 1 week of the closing date.
7. The prize for the Winner is a PSP™go. The total value of the prize is approximately £225.00. 2 runners up will also be selected (the “Runners Up”) and each will receive a virtual in-PS Home item.
8. The Winner and the Runners Up will be notified by e-mail within 1 week of the closing date and will be given 30 days to claim their prize.
9. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prizes within 1 month of receipt of the entrants’ claims but the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this period.
10. The Winner’s prize shall be dispatched by post or courier to the address associated with the Winner’s PSN account.
11. If the prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
12. The Promoter shall announce the PSN Online ID and country of residence of the Winner and the Runners Up in PS Home TV. The Winner agrees to participate in a telephone interview which will be recorded by the Promoter. The Winner will be deemed to give the Promoter, and its associated companies, licensees and assigns permission to record the telephone interview and to edit, alter, reproduce, publish and distribute the same in any medium (including without limitation within PS Home TV) for the purposes of promoting PS Home.
